Dr. Ágnes Fábián is the Managing Director of Henkel Hungary, building on several decades of leadership experience rooted in her background in economics, law and business. As a leader, she is decisive and goal-oriented, and a prominent figure in the Hungarian corporate sector.

She graduated as an economist with a postgraduate qualification in law from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences, where she also obtained her PhD degree. She earned her MBA from Oxford Brookes University. Her career is defined by a dynamic, purpose-driven leadership approach, while her management style is characterised by high standards, teamwork and a strong commitment to human relationships. In her long-standing leadership role, she has played a key part in the market positioning of Henkel Hungary’s brands, the shaping of the company’s organisational culture, and the advancement of its sustainability ambitions. She currently holds the longest-serving Managing Director position in the history of Henkel Hungary.
