Alex Sándor Rabb is the founder, Managing Director and Executive Producer of DIGIC Pictures. He began his career as a VFX specialist on Hollywood productions and founded DIGIC in 2002, which has since become one of the world’s leading studios in short films and video game cinematics.

He graduated as a programmer mathematician from Eötvös Loránd University and started his career in the United States, joining the team of Digital Domain as a digital artist. There, he worked on the visual effects of major Hollywood productions, including James Cameron’s Titanic. He later held a leadership role in the production of the groundbreaking Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within, and as a VFX producer supervised the visual effects of films such as Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. In 2002, he returned to Hungary and founded DIGIC Pictures. Over the past two decades, he has produced approximately 150 trailers, short films and video game cinematics. DIGIC’s work has received numerous international awards, including an Annie Award for the episode The Secret War of Netflix’s Love, Death & Robots series. Since 2024, the studio has been part of the Saber Group. His most recent major project was Amazon Prime Video’s animated anthology series Secret Level, for which DIGIC produced four short films. The studio is currently developing a series for Netflix based on the Magic: The Gathering universe.
