Design the Central European Creative Awards Trophy!

The Central European Creative Awards ceremony is not just a moment of handing out an award, but a celebration of the Central European creative industries. For this event, we are seeking a physical award that is both timeless and contemporary, conveys a strong visual message, is well-presentable and photographable, and integrates seamlessly with the Central European Creative Awards visual identity. The competition aims to design and produce at least nine trophies for the 2026 awards ceremony, using sustainable materials and in a cost-effective manner.

The call is addressed to product designers, fine and applied artists, and design companies based in Hungary, but creative teams are also welcome to apply. In the submission, the concept and visual appearance are the most important: sketches, visual plans, moodboards, and a brief execution idea are sufficient; a detailed technical documentation is not required. In the design of the trophy, an advantage will be given if a subtle, contemporary interpretation of local connection is incorporated. 

Applications should be sent to info@cecreativeawards.com. Questions can be submitted until 27 February 2026, and the selection will involve expert evaluators.
