Advisory Board

Scott is a strategic advisor to the German and international fashion industries. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at brands such as lala Berlin and MICHALSKY. Since 2017, he has served as CEO of Fashion Council Germany, and since 2022 as President of the European Fashion Alliance.

He studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and began his career at the international consultancy Accenture. From 2004 onwards, he gained extensive experience at some of Germany’s leading fashion brands, including WUNDERKIND, MICHALSKY and lala Berlin, where he held various leadership and strategic roles. In 2017, he was appointed CEO of Fashion Council Germany, where he supports the work of the Board and is responsible for the professional management of the Berlin-based operational team. In addition to this role, he has served as President of the European Fashion Alliance since 2022, an organisation dedicated to strengthening cooperation among European fashion bodies. Scott Lipinski’s work is characterised by an international outlook, strategic thinking and in-depth knowledge of industry dynamics, with particular focus on brand development, organisational growth and the structural challenges of the fashion sector.
