Advisory Board

Michal is an industrial designer and research and development expert with more than 25 years of professional experience. His work spans the entire product development process, from early research phases and prototype development through engineering design and manufacturing implementation to market launch.

His design practice has been recognised with numerous prestigious international awards, including the Computex Taipei Gold Award, two Red Dot Awards, several iF Design Awards and the iF GOLD Design Award, which he was the first Polish designer to receive. His works were also presented at the Polish Pavilion of Expo 2020 Dubai, and he is currently a finalist of the DesignEuropa Awards presented by the EUIPO. Alongside design, he is actively engaged in painting. His figurative works focus on capturing human emotions, subtle gestures and the hidden moments of everyday life. He works with a minimal visual language and expressive light–shadow contrasts, exploring the tension between structured rationality and emotional depth – the same duality that drives his design philosophy. He regularly serves as a jury member at leading international design competitions, including the iF Design Award, the DesignEuropa Awards (EUIPO), ADC New York, TISDC and Dobry Wzór organised by the Polish Institute of Design. He combines technical expertise with strategic thinking and artistic sensitivity to support the creation of strong, meaningful products and brands.
